Well, it's possible that we could fit a few mounting holes on a future revision of the WS Flash Masta. That might allow people to 3D print their own covers. That wouldn't be a proper case/shell, but it could be something like what you're doing. Countersinking such holes could be a pain, though.
Another option would be to make the Flash Masta cart PCB a tiny bit longer to give a case something to attach to. I'm not sure people want their cart sticking out, though.
