I'm a complete noob with this stuff so I don't know if this is possible with this setup. I got some roms but I can't find a folder to put them in so does this mean this setup can't run them?

I would not expect it to do GC well.

Anyway, I haven't even seen it run real well on a Pi 4, so I don't think it'll do much at all on a CM3 or a Zero.
