Yeah, you can. If you burn an image to an SD card, it will erase everything that’s on the SD.

Thank you for all of your suggestions on how to fix my FreePlay Zero CM3. You where very helpful and understanding. I figured out that it was just the soldering. It now works, thank you.

one more thing, my system some how got into kiosk mode and I can't get make to normal mode

I think you use the Konami code to get out.
