Building my first Freeplay Zero - DirtRacin - 08-11-2019
I’m in the process in building a freeplay zero and I can’t get the power switch to work as in when the plastic switch slides it doesn’t move the freeplay switch instead it just slide so off.Any ideas on how to fix this.

My first suggestion would be to make 100% sure that the circuit board is perfectly seating down on top of the plastic standoff posts. If there is any plastic holding the circuit board even slightly away from the front of the shell, it can cause this problem.
You may also want to look at the photos that Porcinus posted here to get another idea of what some people do.

You could also do something like the attached photos show with a 3D printed part or a tiny rubber band.
