Forgot LED Light pipe - Somanbra - 07-04-2021
So I ordered a boxy pixel case and CM3 but just realised I forgot to order the LED light defuser for the power indicator.
Is this actually needed, because the cost of shipping is a lot more than the Light pipe itself, I am assuming the Light is still visible without it. Just not as pretty, if needed could I hack it by using hot glue in it to defuse the light.

Do you have access to a 3D printer? If so, just use this.

Otherwise, I think some hot glue would likely work fine.
You can do without it, but I think you'd want something to fill the hole.

I have a friend with a 3d printer, but he doesn't have any clear filament, so I could fill it with a solid colour but it wouldn't allow any light through which will not be great I assume.
I guess hot glue route.

You can use the light pipe from an actual GBA shell, too. I suspect Hot Glue is easier, though.
