FP Zero won't turn on when screwed close

Looking for some guidance for where to check with troubleshooting my issue.
Everything works well except when the case is fully screwed shut.
I have tried putting electrical tape on a lot of things hoping to prevent a short that is causing this.
When I screw the board into the front, I can see parts of the board you can push down a little.
Any advice on where I should be looking first to resolve this issue?

When it was screwed shut the tab on the power button wasn't pushing the inside power switch far enough.
Added a piece of plastic to the inside and shaved it down to fit.
Now it works.

Hey Berkley. I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner. Yeah, there are people that report having to do this. There are so many combinations of aftermarket buttons/parts/shells/etc that it seems some people have issues that others don't.

For example on the build I just finished, I was widening the port for the sound potentiometer wheel and it kept binding when tightened. Eventually I discovered that it was actually getting hung up on the shell's screw post further in back. I shaved off segments from about 40 degrees of the post and it spins freely now. It was an issue that the 2018 board I have on hand didn't have. Everything is idiosyncratic and each fit is ultimately a special snowflake, no matter how thorough the Freetech documentation is. It's just how it is when one is not using fabbing equipment with QC engineering processes.
