It's the same firmware wyndcrosser mentioned in his first post. It's new to me, so as soon as I dig up my EMS cartridge, I'll test it out. The multiple save feature alone is interesting enough, and you get compatibility warnings as well. I've never seen any EMS compatibility charts, and I own a few games that wouldn't boot on the cartridge so I'm curious if I'll get the warning when I boot them using the new firmware.
Changing the topic a bit, is there anything happening on the WonderSwan front? I'm just curious, of course. If it takes the next three years, that's fine, too.
EDIT - I tested it out just now, and it works fine, though Solomon for GBC still doesn't work, and it doesn't give a compatibility error, either. MottZilla mentioned, that GBC support was preliminary, and it would seem that compatibility detection is supported for GB Mono games only. Too bad there's no contact info on MottZilla's page. I might try contacting him through the forum, though, to report GBC games that I know aren't compatible with the EMS cartridge.
