Any tutorials on getting started with ngpc development?

I am looking for a "Hello World!" program that outputs to screen and changes font color when you press first trigger and background color when you press the second trigger. This in C.

Next, same thing, but in assembler.

Also links to existing projects, both C, assembler and mixed.

Any help is appreciated!
