I wonder if there's any company that would reproduce the paper box cases and Manuals? (...)

Any packaging manufacturer could do that, but box and manual scans aren't anywhere near the quality needed for reproduction, and even if they're scanned at crazy-high resolutions, you have the moiré pattern to factor in. Also, manufacturers don't do low quantities. You're better off trying to track down a boxed copy.
