WS Flash Masta v4.4 (early adopter version)
#41
Try it on your computer via an external USB 2 HUB.
That's what I had to do with my old computer (intel ICH10 USB controler).

Could someone patch the executable for XP and then post a link to that so the XP users can just download it and run it?

'llo here !
I have an old computer with a USB Hub 2.0. I took it off and insert it in the computer that can start LinkMasta... but no luck once again, it can't detect my WS FlashMasta.
i tried to look for a USB hub with Intel ICH10 USB, but there's not always the details for inside chipset...
To be continued...

The ICH10 was the faulty one for me.

Thank you, i'll give a try this afternoon.
i tried to patch myself the FlashMasta EXE, but i think i misunderstood or failed something as i got an error, something like
"windows can't find the entry to the library ... Kernell32.dll
I hope i'll be more lucky this ime Smile

EDIT : Bad news, i got the same error...
You can translate this by :
"The entry point of GetLogicalProcessorInformation process is impossible to find in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

I downloaded another kernell32.dll and replaced mine but no luck.
I'll try the USB hub next, thing is i have to find the good model...

@Flavor : i assure you that i'm not upset at all about this issue (may come from my side anyway); but for final release, it would be great to try to get rid of any chipset/kernel/patch concern, or it could bother your incoming stuff Smile
