I'm not sure why Windows would have chosen this driver. Using Zadig to "replace driver" should work. I wonder if it would cause any issue for some other hardware you had used in the past.
In this photo ( http://forum.freeplaytech.com/attachment.php?aid=644 ), your system seems a bit confused. Where it says WinUSB (v0.0.0.0), can you choose anything else? The blank version number is odd. I think you wouldn't want to install that. libusb-win32 or libusbK might work well as alternative choices.
It seems that you have installed a driver in the past that took over for some reason. Zadig should help you choose the proper driver. I would try the Neo Pocket Flash Masta cartridge first.
Also, I have heard that some people have better results when they try different USB ports.
First I would try http://forum.freeplaytech.com/attachment.php?aid=644 and choosing a different driver (one that shows a version number properly). Then press the Install Driver button.
Then you can try different USB ports.
I think it would also be just fine to "Reinstall Driver" from the first screenshot. All this means is that Windows decided to install a driver for the hardware. Now you need to pick a different driver (that works with the FlashMasta software).
Thank you for answer.
What driver is not installed?
Please let me know what I need to install.
"Libusb, winUSB" I am so unfamiliar with these words.
I was very excited to be able to play ws, ngp games right now, but it does not work at my disposal.
It is not intuitive and so difficult.
