flash masta install problem
#11
You run the program. Then you see screen #2.

Before #3, did you plug in the USB hardware? If you did, which cartridge was it? Did you try both cartridges?

Is it possible that this is also an issue with Korean in the directory path? I would guess that it would fail before #2 if it was a path problem.

I did plug in both. (wonderswan & neogeopocket)

I thought there was a problem with Korean language.
So I tried an English account.
The result was the same. Error occerred. Sad

So, the program will run just fine by itself? Then, when you plug in USB, it will crash?

Yes.
The program works well.

As soon as I connect in USB, an error occurs.

When you used Zadig to install drivers, I assume you used WinUSB. It would also be good to try the other choices (libusb-win32, or libusbK).

You can run Zadig, choose a different driver, then hit the Install/Reinstall button. Then try the Flash Masta software again.

I know this must be frustrating. I have not seen this problem before, and we have been doing this for years.

Other things you can try:
Try all your other USB ports. It is possible that one may not cause the error.
Try a USB hub.
Try a different computer.
Try a Mac or Linux computer.

If we can not get this fixed, of course I would offer a refund. I assume that you would rather fix the problem, though.

Do the carts both work fine on your Neo Geo Pocket and Wonderswan game consoles?

I emailed the Zadig developer about this. He released a new version that he says should work with Korean characters now.

I think it could be worth trying, but I don't know if it would help. Perhaps use it to install libusbK drivers this time.

Thank you for kind answer.

Thanks to your advice, I could try various ways.
I did not test new version Zadig.
I selected 'Install WCID Driver' button on the Zadig. Then Flashmasta did not shot down. Big Grin

WS & NGP flash card run good!
Thank you so much.
