so according to the joystick test it should be working.... and I already have configured input... but like I said it doesn't work when I launch games, it only works in the emulations station menu

Did you configure inputs AFTER you made changes to the config? They will usually need to be re-configured.

Have you tried multiple emulators or just maybe N64? N64 is notorious for needing special configuration stuff, but I thought it would get reset when doing the CONFIGURE INPUTS. Is there a specific emulator you're having issues with?

I also must apologize in advance. My ability to help via forum or email may be very intermittent during the holidays now.

Hi Flavor...

No worries I sort of put it aside for the holidays too.... anyways I configure input after I make changes to config... so it's not that... also not a particular emulator... I've got one stick working perfectly though so I might disable the second.... do you know if the c buttons for the N64 would automatically map to the d-pad if I select the one psp1000 stick option in the config... I'll check and get back to you.... if it does I'll leave it at that

c buttons don't go on the d-pad but that's alright... I think my right analog stick is busted also... it's all good though thanks for your help... I'll take what I've learnt from this build and nail it next time

cheers
