Button Labels
#1
Hey there!

Looking into putting together a Freeplay Zero build.  A lot of trimming, but I think I can manage.

But one thing that bothers me is the button labeling...it seems like most guides just sand the plastic imprint A/B labels off the buttons due to having to turn them around to fit into the case/not having a X/Y labeled button.

Anyone come across this issue and have a good solution for button labeling? I guess I would be OK with blank buttons, but would prefer them to be labeled. What about tiny decals next to the buttons - would that work with the plastic?

Thanks!

Check this video out. This link will take you directly to 13:18 into the video where he starts the button labels, but the whole video is worth watching.

I've seen some other people use that technique, but that's the only place I know that detailed how to do it specifically for the Freeplay CM3.

This guy used NDSL buttons (with the X Y labels on them)

Thank you!  This is just what I was looking for!  Seems totally doable.
