Found a CM4S on ebay

I just found and purchased a Raspberry PI CM4S

I assume that most of the software will need to be updated like in the other CM4 thread that used an adapter. Am I correct in assuming that this will be a nice increase in computing power from a CM3 and that I won't necessarily need to have active cooling?
