Hi all. Just got hold of a flash masta cart and I've been testing out a few 8mbit and 4mbit games. Here are my findings:
Biomotor Unitron: Freezes on the options menu when you change the text speed to slow and exit. System wouldn't power off so I had to remove the battery. This bug occurs with and without the patch. The patched version seems to be holding a save file okay (I didn't test the non-patched version for this yet)
Picture Puzzle: Holding a save fine, though I only tested it briefly.
Cotton: Non-patched version throws up a 'Flash write error' when you try to make changes in the options menu. Patched version removes this error but the high score table is completely glitched and displays a bunch of random numbers and symbols. The game has no level select so it doesn't really need a save feature but it's a shame not to be able to save high scores.
What games have you guys tested? I'd be interested to see a list of 4 and 8 mbit games that are known to work.
EDIT: Forgot to add this link http://www.neo-geo.com/pocket/ Useful database of all NGP games listing meg count, region, etc.
