Bumping this thread as I noticed as I finish my build I Have a similar issue. I cut away all the plastic, the screen sits nice and flush but not sure what may be causing the black vertical band on the LCD on the right side of the image... not sure if its a setting on the SD image itself or a physical shift that is needed in the screen. Any tips, tricks, help is appreciated.
