Yeah I read that, just did not thought it would come of THAT difficult ...
Well it's unplugged now using pliers , but i did slightly damage the isolation of the red wire a bit (very close near the connector) ...  Dodgy

Probably too small for electrical tape, right? 
Use dielectric grease or perhaps best to just get a new JST connector?
