I love the Link Cable idea. I still have a GBA to GameCube adapter in my "Misc." cables bin that I have thought about incorporating a magnetic charger into.
Should look into those, Kleptomex. The magnetic chargers really add to the "alloy" look of a BoxyPixel build- and could potentially streamline integration into a link cable. The cables I'm running are wrapped and available in multiple colors much like your wrapped USB cable pictured.
Once again- I love that anodize on your build! Made me realize I need to find a local service to get this done on mine to bring the theme I have in mind to life.
