The correct approach?
#1
Lightbulb
So, I have a fair bit of experience with retropie, and have configured several raspbian/noobs/retropie builds over the years.

Some of the things I have implemented are:
  •   Multiple wireless XBOX One controller support
  •   Custom button mappings for different systems for said controllers
  •   Various maintenance cron jobs
  •   Other configs I can't remember at this moment.

Now, until now, all of this has been of a traditional pi.

I recently bought a CM3 with the 3b+ compute module, which Freeplay has kindly provided an image for.

My question is two fold:

  1. Is there a configuration document to take a stock raspbian install up to compatibility with the Freeplay CM3?  I could use some help with the config of your board.   OR
  2. Should I take your image and try to re-implement my systems, drivers, and tweaks onto that?  The controllers allow N64 to be playable for example, I would need to config for this..
Which approach do you think would be the least hassle, as I am past the learning curve and just want to get 'er done.

Thanks for reading!
