Yes thank you. Unfortunately this is how I lost my built in controller configuration where my built in controls stopped working completely, I was unable to move throughout the menu screen or enter into a game, etc. The only way I was able to maneuver around was through the external control that I configured. I decided to reinstall the controller setup and it restored the controller setup. On My other raspberry pi builds(regular pi3) I am able to set multiple game controllers and all configuration are saved and set without losing any configurations.
