I hope that someone decides to translate this game someday. I read a review that said it was lots of fun and great fan service for SNK fans.

In the meantime, there is an FAQ that provides translations for menu options and explains how to play the mini games at this location:

I noted on gamefaqs today that KOF Battle De Paradise is the 8th most viewed game for Neo Geo Pocket. I think there are a lot of people who are using the FAQ there to navigate the menus and try the game out. There is definitely interest in this game.

As an FYI, Ogre Battle is the 4th most viewed Neo Poke game. Again, there is an FAQ that provides translations for the menus so I assume that is what many people are viewing.
