both ngpc don't switch on

1 has restarted after open/clean, the other starts too but screen is very buggy.
capacitors:maybe but I m not good at fixing stuff: no skill, no equipment
unfortunately, I ll have to find someone to do it.
But maybe retirement is a better idea, as there is now many more competent guys doing great new stuff.
