flash masta install problem

Yesterday, I got flashmasta card(Neogeo Pocket & Wonderswan)....and i'm stucked at the installation step.

I'm using win7 32bits, and i didn't find a tutorial on youtube, (https://youtu.be/i4kjkIWeOrQ)
I found out that there was a difference between what was coming out of the video and what I did.

1. Driver section(Red point) is blank "(NONE)".
2. Not "Replace Driver"

it looks like windows doesn't recognise your unit.
Can you try it in an other computer ?

take a look at this link, it may be an USB issue, and going through a USB hub may solve your issue.
