Joystick Driver Chip not found CM3 Build

Update!

I thought the issue was that I did not have the joystick driver, so I went and installed it from the retropie menu. Now none of my inputs work.

Here's the output from ls /usr/src/

I'm at a complete loss on what to do now. There's no input whatsoever from anything on the gamepad.
