i restarted the pc , lauched again zadig , try another usb port :
good news : plug / unplug sound of windows is here. ("unknown device" alert right bottom in windows bar)
thanks for the id but i only got an "0000 0000" id.
it doesn't match your Vendor_ID = 0x20A0 / Device_ID = 0x4256
look a the bottom line of zadig : (ressources already exists)

just put the cart in the neo geo pocket to try it : it works (faselei is your test rom ?

plug it again in the PC (SAME working usb port as before), no plug / unplug sound again !
i fall again up to 8 devices. (was 9 devices before when the cartidge was "partially" recognized )
does the cart "reset" herself when you play it on a NGpocket ?
