you should try flashing only the 'first' slot.
The slot information is mainly because of the ngpc cartridge structure.
some games like SVC : MOTM will use both slot because of it's size (32Mbits)
For Biomotor unitron, you'll also need to patch it, otherwise, savegame won't work. Take a look at this thread : https://forum.freeplaytech.com/showthread.php?tid=92
Is your unit ok without any cartridge inside ? I've never seen the internal firmware acting the way it is on your last picture.
